
The Leader in Me is a K–12 whole-school improvement model that teaches leadership and life skills to students, educators, and families. It is an evidence-based process that integrates principles from the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People to create a high-trust culture and improve academic achievement. The goal is to empower students to lead their own lives and to help them thrive in the 21st century.
