EXPECTATIONS

ALL SETTINGS

-Use kind words and be  

  kind to others.

-Follow directions from

  all staff.

-Use appropriate voice    

  level.

-If you are unable to resolve

  a problem, get help from staff.

 

-Walk unless you are

  on the field.

-Keep your hands, feet,

  and objects to yourself.

-Report major problems

  to a staff member.

- If you see something  

  wrong, say something or

  do something.

-Provide frequent random

  positive reinforcement

  with gold slips.

HALLWAYS

&

LINES

-Walk directly to your

  destination.

-Use a low voice.

-Wait in your line calmly

  and quietly.

-Keep the noise level down.

-Stand on your dot with

 your body facing forward.

 

- Single file line.

- Watch for the red lines.

- Help a fellow teacher with

   his or her lines when

   necessary.

- Remind all students to

   follow the expectations,

   even if they are not your

   own classroom students.

RESTROOMS

- Honor privacy.

- Wash your hands.

- Clean up after yourself.

- Flush the toilet.

- Quickly leave the restroom

   when you are finished.

- Wash your hands.

- If you see or hear

  something inappropriate,

  intervene.

LUNCH TABLES

-Wait to be dismissed.

-Keep your hands on

  your own food and tray.

 

-Hold the tray with

  both hands.

-Keep your table area clean.

- Sit on the lunch benches.

 

-Remind all students of the

 expectations.

-Food cannot leave the 

  lunch tables.

Multi-Purpose Room

-Look at the speaker.

-Listen to the speaker

-Keep your eyes on the

  speaker

- Sit still.

- Keep hands, feet and objects

  to yourself.

-Monitor your class and

 help your colleagues when

 needed.

- Seat students near you

  who need extra support.

Play Areas

-Use good sportsmanship

(Share equipment, include others etc.)

-You may only play games that are approved by staff on duty.

 

-Walk to your line when the

  bell rings.

-When the bell rings, stop

  playing with the playground

  equipment.

-Put the equipment away.

 

 

-Keep hands, feet, and objects

 to yourself

-Stay within the boundaries.

-Use equipment appropriately.

-After a warning proceed with

  appropriate consequence.

-Have students carry the

  ball over to the cart.

-Walk through or around the

  Big Toy area to check on  

  students.
